Pretty on the outside.....but on the inside.....old fixtures, mildew buildup in the bathroom....can't tell you the last time the vents were cleaned. Carpet laid over pebbles or rocks....backward cabinet doors, heaters loud and shake.....garage doors need replacing.....you still have to call multiple times and keep documentation...New management, same thought process and marajuana smell. Don't sign the lease......But the rent continues to go up.....and they will rent to anyone...who can pay....and I do mean anyone!!!!!!!!Sometimes the people who rent the apartment are not the ones who stay there. Maintenance supervisors are constantly changing so you never no who really works there...The outside grounds...best part, unless it snows....then buy yourself a shovel and some salt...
