This is one step up from the projects. Huge rodent problem, parking is a daily nightmare. Visits from the police at least 2 times a week. The fire alarms goes off at least once a month for more than 1/2 hour at a time. If you need to contact management about anything other than maintenance don't call, they screen their calls and don't always pick up, and never return voice mail messages. I know of at least 2 units that has had mold problems. During the summertime there are kids constantly playing in the middle of the street and riding their bikes at full speed down the handicapped ramps onto the street without even looking for cars (an accident waiting to happen!) I can't wait to move!!
