this place is the worst From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   DON"T LIVE HERE! We've had so many problems. First no apartment was ready on move-in day, so we had to sit around for 8 hours with the U-Haul, then we were told we couldn't sleep in the apartment that they finally let us move into which was disgusting and very unsafe with electric sockets hanging out of the walls, nasty tubs and light fixtures, water leaking from the ceiling, etc. etc. etc... The management is a nightmare! They are extremely incompetent. Nothing gets fixed unless you ask them about 10 times. And some stuff never does get fixed...I still have plaster hanging from my ceiling with mold growing from where the roof leaked about 10 months ago. You must pay all utilities and Heating for our small aparment was almost $300 one month, because the old places aren't insulated at all. Very unsafe at night, hardly any outdoor lights, cars often broken into, robberies not uncommon. Bottom Line...don't do it!!!
