If you're lucky enough to have management respond to maintenance requests, it will fix your problem with a band-aid. I lived there for 15 years and the quality of management/maintenance went down and down and down. The owner (Michael Young) is sitting on a very valuable piece of property and sees it an investment opportunity, He will not spend any $ to maintain it unless he can recoup it through a sale. There are serious mold issues. Don't get seduced by the boxwood and the dogwood trees, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
