Carver hall apts. is the worst place i've ever lived!!! The maintenace is slow if ever done at all. From drugs parafenelia in the hall ways to crack-heads in the fire escape, to the rediculous amount of roaches, no many how many times they spray. Do not move here unless you are fresh off a boat, or too dumb to read this! Worst ever!!!

This overall is the worst first apartment ever i shouldve stayed with my mom. The neighborhoods have no respect. There are roaches everywhere even on the elevators. Matince is poor, broken washing machines. Too money break in, drugs, dealing drugs, its like the damn projects. Dont let the outside fool u. never again i rather live in a shelter
