The noise level is sooooo stressful...you hear every footstep of tenants living above you, hear the voices of both above you & below you (we are on the 2nd floor)...the walls are indeed paper thin!! You hear TV, stereo, conversation, making out...everything from your neighbors' end. So, they practically hear everything form your end too.
Location is convenient but it is way too pricey. Paying $825 for a 2 bedroom unit, they've upped it to $845 after a year.
