place is horrible. bad maintenance, apartments in horrible condition! with spackle patches and thick thick coated of paint everywhere. niebors so loud the lights flicker on and off.
I think that the rent definately fits the apartments. My apartment is "upgraded" which means I got brand new bathroom and kitchen along with new carpets! It felt like new when I moved in and the rent is low. Laundry ... more
