The apartments were nice and a nice size. Rent was standard market rate, perhaps even reasonable given the fact it is center city Philadelphia. The tenants were very nice - mixture of young professionals and sophisticated adults. Security inside was the building was good, but the neighborhood outside was not.
The leasing staff was for the most part not good, and could be rude and even abusive toward the tenants. Repairs were made properly, and sometimes were made quickly, but sometimes you really had to keep after them. One summer it wasn't until I told them (by showing an emergency room receipt) that I was getting sick from the heat that I finally got my air conditioner installed.
In sum, while the units themselves are nice, and the building is well kept, it is hard to get past the attitudes of the people in the leasing office.
A couple notes re: standard ratings below: I didn't have a car while living there and can't rate the parking.
