Horrific management

I live in one of Chancellor's brownstones (1305 spruce st). With the exception of myself, the building is full of Univ of the Arts students. They run up and down the halls and staircase yelling and laughing sometimes until 4am. I've approached management about this for months - they are extremely rude and not at all interested in solving the problem. They would not even consider letting me move to another Chancellor property, let alone let me out of my lease. It's now 3/31/04 and I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix issues from 7/03!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
