Honestly, I like living in this building if my apartment has a bigger kitchen and offers a better or cheaper early termination penalty. However, if you decide to leave or move out before your lease ends like in my situation, you have to pay a stiff penalty that can deplete your savings account to ZERO. I signed a one-year lease. I am moving out before 6 months of living. The penalty for breaking the lease is about 3000 dollars, that is a penalty fee equaling to a 3-month rent, a Ridiculously high penalty fee.
Also, you have to pay a security deposit of 1-month rent and advance rent on the day of move in. This equals to two months of rent. You will not see any of the above once you break the lease early.
If you are prepared to sign a lease like this one, please contact the leasing office in future.
