I lived in the building for two years. I loved the location. Everything you could ever need is no more than two blocks away. The Freaks do come out at night, but as a single young woman I was never bothered. It is a --- neighborhood so I actually felt very safe. I had a huge one-bedroom with a fantastic view for a decent price although it jumped from $950 to $1000. The apartment was cool with walls of windows and built in bookshelves. Management does not care about your needs once the lease is signed. I found my leasing agent E. to be rude and cold. The receptionist is very friendly though. Matienence was prompt.
