good place for center-city location

i have been living in Chancellor since May 2005. I can say that i like living there. It is fairly unexpensive for great center city location and thus i expected that some problems might occur. I live in the studio, which is quite small, with small kitchen, and small barthroom, but for a student, like me, it is absolutely fine. Office staff is always helpful as well as maintenance, and door peeople. One of the advantages are all included utilities, high-speed internet, and a year-membership at 12th street gym, plus if you recommend someone to live in chancellor and this person will move in, then you will get $300 check (I got two people to move in, so i got $600).
However, there are some negative sides of living there: shady people in the nighborhood, frequently broken elevators, and parking is limited.
Overall, however, i would recommend living in it.
