to the person who lied and said that one of the two elevators are always out. well that's true. sometimes both of them are down and people are either moving in or out, and you may have to use the stairs. mice problems please they come with the place, i might have to ask mine and the neighbors to start chipping in for rent. well the carpeting is old, but it should be vaccummed more often, the laundry room on a friday -sunday atrocious, nasty and you would think the property manager would do something about. nah she appears annoyed that you're interrupting her personal phone conversations.
chancellor denotes filthy apartments, rude employees, an un-professional office, mice, and crack head looking security guards.
if you're seeking a new apartment try a box on the street you'll get the same amount of mice and roaches.
