ive lived in this apartment building for 2.5 years. starting out it was alright, managament has some what of an idea how to run complexes like this. but now that only 1 person is in charge of chancellor, its a mess. she has no idea what she is doing and really screwed me the last few months i lived there. she was rude and really brainless. she confused me for other people on at least 4 occasions, and wrote letters to my roommates about the personal financial sitations i was going through with her. she gossips about my business to everyone...even the new tenant that moved in!!! the apartment was terrible, and so was the maintenance. please save yourself the trouble and sign a lease somewhere else. please.

sounds like something elaine rush would do...chancellor hmmm can't u hire ummm someone else with maybe a lil energy, someone professional looking, how about some manners, or better yet how about someone who doesn't smoke in front of the building like the trash that hangs out in front in the evening.
