Pretty okay but so noisy

I have lived in the Chancellor Building for almost a year and luckily, have not encountered any major disasters since moving in. Maintence comes within 24 hours for small fixes like light bulbs and broken door hinges but I have not exeperienced their help for anything more than that. Recently the laundry money machine broke and you had to go to the rental office during business hours to get money on your card to use the machines. It has been over a month and the problem is still not fixed. The noise may detract you. Living above 5 or 6 rowdy bars can be nightmarish on the weekends and sometimes the weeknight noise is a bit much as well. An elevator is always down most times, making simple trips take a long time. But I have always received atleast some type of help/answer when I had a problem/question. Having two cats makes the rent price ridiculous however so it's back to the suburbs for me!
