It's been freezing in my apartment for the past two weeks, and they just now have decided to try and fix the boiler' Also we have been calling in maintenance requests for the past two months and they have yet to fix them.
This place is unreal. They act very professional and require ridiculous amounts of paperwork to move in, yet once you're here they do nothing to try and keep you happy. The maintenance staff sucks - they are experts at making stuff look good on first glance with minimal effort in actually fixing the problem.
