Fantastic building! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My husband and I have lived in a two-bedroom here at the Chatham for a few months now, and we have loved every minute of it. Our apartment has a great deal of character, unlike many others in large center-city buildings that we considered. The layout is terrific, the apartment gets fantastic light, there's great closet space, and the walls, cabinets, and windows are constant reminders of the building's old-world charm. The maintenance here is terrific -- requests are filled very promptly by the building's personable and hard-working staff. We have no complaints!
