I moved in last year and it has been a good experience. I would definitely recommend this building. Maintenance is very good at making sure you have all the essentials. The door men are very nice and the building feels safe. I have not seen any mice in the year that I have lived here. I think the pest problem depends on how clean you and your neighbors are. When I first moved in, there were 2 roach instances, and none after that (the previous tenant probably did not keep things very clean, because once I did my regular cleaning, I have not seen one pest). Compared to other apartments in center city, this place is great. The 01/04/2008 review of this place is quite accurate. It is convenient to everything, even parking garages (not owned by Chatham). Everything has worked out so well that I am renewing my lease for the next year.
