I miss the Chatham!

I lived in a studio here from 2004 to 2005 and really loved it.
The architecture in the apartments has character, and I was lucky enough to be in a unit with a cute vintage sink and stove--I really liked the style.
Also, I thought the pink walls in the hallways, mirrored lobby, and chandelier had an adorable retro feel.
The doormen are all sweethearts, the location is fantastic--safe and you can walk anywhere in Center City, with Rittenhouse Square right there.
I was on the 13th floor and loved the views and sunsets from up there.
I'm sad to see that rent has gone up so much (a 20% increase in 3 years seems like a lot), but otherwise, I'd definitely recommend it.
