Very Unhappy!

Chelsea used to be a fun place to live at. New owners took over the property and have demolished all of the old stone buildings surrounding the property's perimeter. Chelsea's slogan is "Your place in history"...the complex is going to be history very soon...all of the current residents are not renewing their leases because of the lack of response from the property management. The property manager knows nothing about the complex and doesn't care. Every since the buildings have been torn down, it looks like a disaster area. The property already bordered North Philly..but now, we look like we belong. The maintenance team is horrible...they have know idea how to repair anything..even minor repairs. There are abandoned cars on the property that management doesn't care about.
Need I say anymore' Whatever you do...do not rent an apartment at Chelsea! You'll be sorry you did! Please go to Manayunk or dig into your pocket and go to the city! You'll be happier there!
