Nightmare Property From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   I lived in this complex prior to the recent construction and can tell you that the management has a long history of ignoring tenant concerns. The beamed ceilings release dirt and soot every time someone living in the apt. above walks across their floor; every noise from other units can be heard; excessive "partying" and screaming into all hours of the night is tolerated (police were called out repeatedly, yet complaints to management were ignored); units rented to one person are jammed with 5 squatting, noisy tenants (also ignored by management). I couldn't wait to leave.
