I feel that all that is written is accurate and true. I move in this past September 2007 and my neighbors played there TV to the max. The maintenance treat you like they don't have to fix anything. And that If they do, they are doing you a favor. The guards act as if there fingers are broke and can't nor want to open the gate for the tenants. When a problem occurs the property manager treats you like you shouldn't be complaining! The dogs smells are horrible in that the halls reaks of urine and dog waste. My car was vandelized twice. Construction needs to tighten up in that their equipment could be stored away much better. For the price you pay to rent the unit I would not recommend the Chelsea to anyone, not even a dog!
