Six months ago I had cash ready to put down for a two bedroom and I have excellent credit. It's a shame management couldn't even respond to my six calls & voice mails. Past reviews have mentioned they really needed tenets. I wonder why.

If they won't answer their phones for potential residents, I wonder how they treat the ones they already have.

I totally agree. It was around the same time that I was trying to get an Apt at the President apts which owned by the same company and right across the street from Chelten arms. I was prepared to put down a deposit. The guy in the office said that he would contact the main office and call me back that monday....I am still waiting. I called back, but no response.
