well if you love space, and have room for idea Chelten arms is perfect wonderful tenets some of which has been their for more than 10 years sadly their trying to kick them out buy sending meaningless complains of non cents ....and if you can survive the bed bugs,Mice, constant complaints of noise and not that people are making any, its just the building is so old u cant help but to here and they will tell you that your apartment should be 90 percent Carpet but that dosent help, No parking, the hard wood floors are beautiful but they make so much noise and if you gonna live over top of somebody their will be complaints...The property manager who never ever answers the phone, and has his own hidden agenda who also my feel as tho he can talk to you how he please..no real security AT ALL!!...hott as hell in the summer, NO AIR yet they want 925 per month...but like so many other places has its good and bad...but see for yourself and i hope your experience is better than mine
