The apartments are large, but the building is poorly built and leaks heat like crazy meaning that you freeze to death in the winter (with over expensive inadequate gas heating) and don't stay cool enough in the summer. Poor design and a none too responsive management company makes this a risky place. I am stuck here for now but will be glad to get the hell out.
