Chestnut Hall honestly is not that bad...however it's not that great either. Since it mostly houses college kids, it's no surprise that it can get noisy from time to time. There are occasionally roaches and mice but I have to admit that maintenance has been great. They have always responded to my requests (no matter how small) within 24 hours. And for its convenient location, the rent is not bad at all. The best part is all utilities are included so you can blast the AC during the summer and crank up the heat in the winter without worrying about the bills.
