One of the nicer apartments you can find in Univ. City

I rented a small studios in the apartment and I think it's pretty good for the price. Good maintainence (usually respond within a day). The apartment complex is quite clean and is just renovated. Very convinient. Downside is that I get a really poor inside view (but that's why it's so cheap). Bigger studios with nice views can easily run above $900 a month, a price comparable to some upscale apartments in center city. I would say CH is good for those who go to UPenn because it is REALLY close to campus.
