Not too bad for students

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
This is not high-quality apartment, but if you're a college student attending either University of Pennsylvania or Drexel, this apartment is good enough for you.

Just a block away from the school campus. Lots of Asians (especially Chinese or Korean) live here....

If you are not student, don't live here
