The old management was bad, the new management is even worse. The new management is kindly asking the residents to move twice in two months (during the school year) to do unnecessary renovations. We were not told about this until two weeks before they wanted us out. The manager Kathy Speer is unbelievably rude and uncaring towards her tenants. I thought the old manager was bad, but hey, at least I could communicate with him (even if the communication was pointless). It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of either her or the assistant manager - I called the office six times in three days, left two messages, an e-mail, and still no reply. Apparently they screen their calls so they don't have to speak to anyone they don't want to. Save yourself the headache and never live here or anywhere managed by AIMCO.
