My stay here has been horrible. I'm just waiting for my lease to end so I can leave and never come back.
Reasons why: 1) Management is horrible and treats tenants like children. Oh, and there's that little forced relocation issue mentioned in other reviews. 2) Apartments themselves are in bad condition. Mice and roaches are frequently in my apartment (and I rarely do any cooking). Management says not to worry - the mouse nests are moving because of construction. That doesn't make me feel better. Also, heating is difficult to control. You can either choose to burn or to freeze - there is no middle ground. 3) Little to no soundproofing. I can hear everything going on in the apartment across the hall.. as well as everything going on in the apartment below me. How that's possible, I don't know. 4) Smell. The hallways smell really bad. Its not even the same bad smell all the time, the bad smells seem to rotate. 5) Bad cable service. If you like premium comcast cable service or comcast internet, you're out of luck. The building only recieves one level of cable service (and no comcast internet service), and the cable tv is fuzzy and unclear a lot of the time. 6) Price. I can't believe I am paying this much for my unit. The convenience to Penn/Drexel is not worth it. 7) Parking. The tiny parking lot is way overpriced and doesn't really secure anything. 8) Finally, FIRE ALARMS. They go off for no reason at all hours.
please take the negative reviews on this site seriously.
