This building is awful. Management and staff are inconsiderate. There are roaches and mice everywhere. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Hi! Please contact the person below ASAP if you are also unfairly treated by Chestnut Hall. Thanks! Miki Farcas ; farcas@pobox.upenn.edu; 2158988500 I am contacting the Penn legal counsel trying to solve a ridiculous issue I have with Chestnut Hall management. I do need more tenants to contact the legal people at Penn to address the management regarding certain issues. Hence, they can take actions accordingly (such as change those rude people). |
