I wrote a positive review earlier, but after living here longer with the new management, i have a new opinion. They have raised prices to a ridiculous amount and no longer cover utilities. The management is extremely unfriendly, and regularly threats residents with "legal" action over small things. I was accused of have 42$ outstanding, and not even given any reason for why considering I pay the exact same amount every month, and they have threatended me with legal action. Front desk people are inconsiderate, rooms are subpar for the price.

Hi! Please contact the person below ASAP if you are also unfairly treated by Chestnut Hall. Thanks! Miki Farcas ; farcas@pobox.upenn.edu; 2158988500 I am contacting the Penn legal counsel trying to solve a ridiculous issue I have with Chestnut Hall management. I do need more tenants to contact the legal people at Penn to address the management regarding certain issues. Hence, they can take actions accordingly (such as change those rude people). |

To justice, I have just contacted Miki to solve a problem with Chestnut Hall management as well. I have been recruiting tenants for a tenant association. Please visit http://upenn.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2337667127&ref=share
