Do yourself a favor, and DON'T LIVE HERE. Its the worst apartment building experience i have ever had in my life. For one, the management, is composed of a bunch of ridiculous, malicious, greedy people who are basically there to give you a hard time, collect your money, and threaten you. I have had to move to a new apartment since living here due to "renovations". The hallway that led to my apartment didn't have a ceiling or carpet for an entire year, smelled of dust, and was full of maintenance men coming in and out...additionally, my shower keeps breaking and it takes them at least 1.5 weeks to address the problem. They do all of this, and still, keep increasing rent prices, continue to put out threatening memos to the residents, and think that they can continue a business like this...bottom line: don't live here! don't get lured into their marketing and bs..they are a bunch of a-holes, and will show it, after you have signed the contract....

Completely agree with this review. If you want to pay for a horrible, depressing place and get treated like crap, live at Chestnut Hall.
