The management team is awful to deal with. They obviously don't think residents are customers. The front desk person has quite consistently told me to wait for at least an hour to talk to the staff at the office. I don't understand why they can not make appointments with residents. The staff I needed to talk to seemed to have always been on important phone calls at the exact time that I was able to talk. Their policy also seemed to change overnight without any good reason. I had to change my plans several times before I decided that I did not want to stay here anymore. Sometimes, I wonder if I am paying them or they are paying me to be treated like I am the biggest idiot in the world.
