Not only does management personnel treat you in a hostile manner whenever you interact with them, they will find every opportunity to fine you or insult you. They are a team that doesn't perform their duties as paid by your rent, but a group of scheming people on a power trip wanting to make your lives as miserable and as stressful as can be. They do not treat tenants as customers but as a channel to vent their anger. Please tell your friends not to live in Chestnut Hall.

Get a life and stop whining. They have been good to me. I have referred 3 friends and received $750 towards my rent. Our building will be better off without you.
