I am a resident at Chestnut Hall and I am moving out. I looked on this site to find an apartment near my new job and was appalled by the reviews that are posted. I spent 3 years at Chestnut Hall and had only 2 problems with maintenance that were resolved. I've never had a problem with management. I did get upset over the $75 lockout fee, but that just taught me to make sure that I had my key when I left my apartment. I was just a little upset when the front desk lady (Martha) left. Other than that, living there has been okay. I would recommend my friends and co-workers to that building.
