Worst Management Ever, Over priced

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 

The management here at Chestnut Hall is the Worst that I've ever experienced. They are rude and incompetent.
Also, they started to charge electiricity this year, and I pay around $1000 for a small studio room. It's highly over priced. I'm thinking of moving out next year.

ps: I have seen Mice more than ten times in my place. They just keep coming!
