Although pretty much everything in this building is craptastic, I would just like to highlight their high tech heating strategy. Basically they heat your room up to about 90 degrees, turn off the heat, and let it cool down to about 60 degrees (and the cycle continues). It is pathetic that a place like this has not renovated this at some point and still thinks they can charge as much as they do. The heating should be controlled individually for what they charge. There is clearly a reason why there are still empty apartments in this building 2 months after the school year has started. Unless it is your last resort and nothing else is available (because there is always something available here) then you should look around for other places in University City.

Sounds terrible. Chester Hall is just as bad. I complained for 3 weeks about a foul odor to their office and the emergency maintainence line. When someone finally payed enough attention to me we went exploring the different rooms to find the source of the odor. Turns out the neighbor next door killed himself, letting his head rest on the radiator during the winter time. So the smell we had been dealing with for weeks was the stench of his decaying flesh.
Never rent any property from University City Housing Company!
