Chestnut Hell, Part 2

This apartment sucks! The previous comments are completely true. The front desk person at night is awful and annoying as hell. I don't want a 24 hour front desk person, I want a prox or code system on the outside of the building so I don't have to interact with rude jackasses. The only front desk person that I do like works in the morning; she never is in your face about anything - the problem is I am away all day until the night ----- arrives and the morning woman is already gone. The management never responds to anything, the heating system is awful, the room was dirty when I first got here and things were broken. Before I decided to come here I actually looked through this website and saw how bad the ratings were and just assumed that it was just the few angry people who decided to take the time and post stuff. Now that I am actually here, I am doing that myself because I hate this crappy apartment just like those people. I know that Chestnut Hell is not even close to being full with tenants this year unlike many of the other apartment buildings in the area, so hopefully if this continues to happen they might actually make some changes (although not likely). In conclusion, don't come here--IT SUCKS!!!
