All the negative reviews on this website are absolutely true. I even thought about hiring a lawyer to get out of my lease but alas, I am graduating and leaving in two months so I guess it is too much of a hassle for me. BUT SAVE YOURSELF before they make you sign the lease- that is pretty much the biggest favor you will do to yourself... The management people are extremely rude, the heating sucks, fire alarms go off all the time, one lady at the front desk is the ----- herself, the rents are too high for this crappy place (let me just tell you one bedroom apartment rent is the same as that of an apartment overlooking Rittenhouse), and finally the parking is only reserved for the management......
There is a reason why there are only negative reviews on this website. Especially when there are so many new places on campus with better deals (Radian, the Hub) it shouldn't be too hard for you to find a better apartment.
