I am in my 5os and traveled from Kentucky to leave here because of the location. Little did I know that even though I have a medical disability and even had complete total hip replacement, I am still not aloud to park in the apt. Parking lot and was rudely told by the office management to move my car. Now I walk 2 to 3 blocks to a parking garage. This causes great pain for me. I wish now I never chose this place to live. Good luck to any of you with physical limitations. You might want to live eleswhere where respect for the disabled is noted. Good luck!

Your medical disability was never discussed. The parking lot is full, as it is shared with the Treatment Research Center for Penn, so we do not have any parking spots left for new residents, this was explained before. Altering the parking pass that you were given for move-in purposes only was not allowed, and that is why you were told to not park in the lot anymore. The parking lot is for residents who pay for a spot, it is unfair for those who pay money to not have a spot because someone unauthorized is taking up their spot.
