We are fairly new tenants here and so far we have been very impressed. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The neighbors are quiet and the ones we have met are very nice. Our apartment was in wonderful condition when we moved in and the one minor repair was fixed the same day. The grounds are well kept, as are the buildings. There is ample parking and the community is well lit. I know there have been rumblings and such, but I think maybe the management listened and is working hard to correct whatever issues may have come up.
