Hell on Earth

The one good: the office staff is nice. I always felt bad that they were stuck trying to save this sinking ship.
Everything else is a nightmare. The crazy thing about this building is its total unwillingness to provide the necessities for even a resonably decent quality of life. For example, between November and April, you will not take a hot shower, unless you shower at really odd times. By 6:30-7:00am, hot water is gone until mid-afternoon.
The building is infested. Completely infested. I am an extremely clean person (obsessively so), so they weren't coming into my place for food. And yet there were so many mice in the building that I constantly had them, almost by default. At one point I was trapping 2-3 a night, every night, for severa months. You will see them running around your apartment every evening, it's like living in a third world country.
I could go and on - the elevators, the parking, the noise, the constant malfunctioning of all kitchen appliances, the awful maintenance staff, the holes in ceilings and walls, the peeling wallpaper, broken air conditioners and heating units that are inadequate even when they are working. The list would never end.
If you are foolish enough to rent here, you deserve what's coming to you.
