My wife and I lived at CHV for 2 years, ending this july. We are currently moving out. It has only been during the last year that most of our problems with the Village have occured. 1. Our car was stolen from the parking spot closest to the building. When the police finally found it two weeks later it was totalled. 2. A person was mugged in the elevator in the middle of the afternoon, around the time my wife usually gets home from work. 3. Pipes from the next floor up leaked into our living room twice. It was actually fixed the second time but wasn't repainted. 4. Besides the occasional Domestic Dispute that brings out the police, we also have dealt with very noisy college students arguing at 4 in the morning. 5. Yes we have a clean apartment, but that doesn't seem to stop the mice as good as a strong mouse trap and peanut butter. 6. Our rent was increased and we weren't told for about three months when they told us we were behind. It turned out they sent our updated rent notice to the wrong address. 6. Smell of smoke in the hallway has been a constant problem. 7. Kids throwing Smoke bombs in the hall way. 8. Another rent increase for I'm not sure what. That's All, but all acurate
