I'm in the Marston building. Cockroaches, mice & then squirrels in-between the roof & the ceiling. The buildings are old & things break all the time (elevators, toilets, refrigerators. Good luck getting anything fixed-you really have to stay on them. However the maintenance guys are very friendly, it's just the management office that is surly.

Don't believe anything they tell you in the leasing office--they're slick. They may even "lose" your paperwork once or twice so you don't qualify for the first-year discounted rate. For this money, you're getting raped up the a$$.
