Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
I moved in 4 years ago. In the beginning all was well. When you had a problem, it was promptly fixed. Soon after moving in, Tim, the maintenance manager left and now the service is HORRIBLE.
I once enjoyed living here. I even recommended it. Now, it's becoming a dormatory for 2 small schools. The idea is to get older residents out with loud noise and bad service and turn it into dorms where the kids don't care about noise, grime, leaks, rodents, etc.
I have left numerous voicemails to get stuff fixed and nobody returns calls let alone fixes it. The leasing department does not return calls. I regret to say that this place is a rip off. Stay away!
