Horrible service

I have lived here for 3 years, and will bear one more year to save up money for the cost of moving. The rent is too high for the service rendered. The management office will boast about various repairs they have made within the community. However, when the windows were replaced, the contractors did not replace blinds in one window, and damaged the window sill of another. It took me half a year, plus several complaints to have new blinds installed, and the window sill is still in horrible condition. This summer, being as hot as it was, my air conditioner (which was very old) no longer worked properly. I had to complain at least 3 times before they would agree to have it replaced. Most recently, the rugs in the hallway have been replaced. Most people on my floor had welcome mats. Management did not notify anyone of the upgrade, and on the day of it, all welcome mats disappeared and never returned. I am still trying to get someone to return my phone calls regarding this. These examples are only the beginning of an extremely long list that has built up over the past year or so. Stay away. Find another apartment because you will not be happy here.
