I lived here for 2 yrs and I was just counting down the days til we left. I don't know how many times I called in complaints about people smoking marijuana in my hallway. Also college students screaming and loitering right outside my windows until 2am. And don't get me started on all the false fire alarms. Spray paint and broken beer bottles were a permanent fixture in our parking lots. I felt like I was living in a stupid fraternity building. By the way, they never told me that my bldg (Anderson) was a dormitory for the Vanderbilt college. I had to find that out after I moved in. And they never let me even see my apt b/4 I moved in. By the time I had to move in my stuff, I noticed the carpets were all stained and needed to be replaced, but it was too late. And don't get me started on the MICE!!! It was extremely difficult living here with a baby. Definately NOT a place to raise a family. This place is NOT SAFE and hazardous to your health!!! And by the way, MANAGEMENT IS A REAL -----!!!! They don't look out for the tenants at all. They just sit on their lazy ass and do absolutely nothing. They did nothing for me during those 2 yrs I lived there. I really hope they lose business b/c that place needs to be shut down.

I agree, we moved out after our baby was born. I was afraid all his toys left on the floor would be chewed on by our mice we had. Oh yeah we caught a total of 14 during our stay,and when we finally moved out, the mice poop behing our furniture, bed was discusting, it makes me have goose bumps just thinking about Chestnut Hill, I am happy were we are now, no mice, safe happy. Oh yeah and our stero was stolen out of our car as well. If you can get out, praise the dear lord, and do it. We lived in Hillcrest!
