OMG!!!! Worst place ever! Rent keeps going up every year, we also have the elephant woman living up stairs form us, every day without fail she STOMPS up and down the stairs and slams the front door so hard that our appartment shakes. Have you seen the EXTREAM MAKEOVER sings around the place' haha what a joke, extream makeover my arse! replacing some windows does not constitute a make over!!.
carpets are dirty, kitchen and bathroom are a disgrace, we've had problems with mice in the kitchen. repairs what repairs'' we have to wait months and months for anything to get fixed, then it is a half assed job. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away form this place. When you come to look around you will think hmmm looks nice, very convenient etc, only after you have been here awhile you will see what everyone on this site is talking about. there should replace the extream makeover signs with ENTER AT OWN RISK!!!!! signs.
Ohh and by the way....the "good" reviews posted on this site are all posted by managment, there is no way in the world that someone would give this place a score of 5.0 think about it...........
all the 1.0's and 2.0's in the list then all of a sudden a 5.0.... i don't think so!!
