The apartmant was received freshly painted, nice (they look new) applicances. The bathroom was redone and well too. The heating and cooling are part of the rent and you will never be cold in the winter or hot in the summer. The Staff are very nice and accessable people who for us made it a pleasant experience. The building is wired up for COMCAST cable, and I believe in the future it may be Verizon down the road. With Comcast right now you can also get Broadband Internet access. You can get paper delivered, there is a door man always there and they are such nice people. The electric bill was always low as it only includes the sockets you plug things into. The lease is the required easy to read one and quite fair. Their is a Gym in the lower level, and an outside pool. The tenants seem very nice and polite and have an acceptace of maintaining piece and quite and repect for others. I see building upgrades happening such as new fire alarm system. In all, we feel comfortable, especially knowing the management staff are so sweet and helpful. when we pay the rent, we feel we got our monies worth. To the complainers - you don't know how good you had or have it here or understand what having an apartment is like or the things that are expected or unexpected.
